Vi är stolta över att kunna bjuda in dig att träffa erfarna experter och kunder från Norden som har mängder av erfarenheter från lyckade storskaliga Agila upphandlingar inom offentlig sektor. Det kommer att vara cases från Danmark, Sverige och Finland. Kunder och experter presenterar sina erfarenheter från stora komplexa projekt som har levererats i tid och på budget med hjälp av Agila kontrakt. Det blir även tid för mingel med möjlighet att dela erfarenheter och knyta nya kontakter.
Bland annat kan du höra Danska Bolagsverket och Danska Arbetsförmedlingen, som har stor erfarenhet från upphandling med Agila kontrakt, berätta om några av sina senaste lärdomar och insikter från Agil upphandling av storskaliga IT-projekt i offentlig sektor.

One of Denmarks most experienced lawyers on agile contracts shares thoughts and experiences on how you can build a contract to buy IT-development within an agile paradigm.
Nicolai Dragsted
Nicolai is an information technology (IT) lawyer who acts as a trusted advisor on some of the most complex and innovative IT projects.
Since 1987, Nicolai has been active in drafting, negotiation and interpretation of major IT contracts, currently focusing on outsourcing, ERP and agile projects.
He has written six books and a number of articles on IT contracts, and he is a frequent speaker at conferences regarding IT contracts.
